And the Survey Says....
Good Morning China! I would like to start off this blog with asking you, yes youuu! the reader!, a few simple questions. They are rhetorical, clearly because I can't hear what your answers are, and clearly, I dont really care. (that is a joke.) Okay, how many of you can name atleast 10 countries in Africa? How many of you can easily locate Iraq on the map? What is happening in Israel/Palestine right now? These aren't very difficult questions, but unless you've studied these topics, you wouldn't know the answers. Now on to the purpose of this blog. How many people know what is happening right now with any of these people: Jessica Simpson, Brett Favre, Michael Vick, or Prince William? I am sure you know way more about these celebrities than you do about issues that are actually of importance, but I guess one can say importance is relative to each person. That was just a pointless rant, but I felt it was necessary. Now on to one of those celebrities (yes, I am going to fall into that pattern that I was complaining about, but I need to keep readers entertained! Sell out much?). Michael Vick made headlines today. Was he in a hit and run? Drunk driving? He shot someone! No? Did he retire, come back, retire, then come back again, only to retire again? (Oh wrong quarterback). He wants a dog. Michael Vick, a man who runs the offense of a pro football team wants a dog. His past is the reason why he is making headlines with the same request many of you had while growing up..."Daddy, I want a puppy!" He used to take part in dog fighting. Dog fighting.. Disgusting and inhumane. He spent his time in jail for his crime. Part of his punishment was to never own a dog again. He isn't a drug addict who will be permitted to become a pharmicist. He's a man who made a big mistake and paid for it, let him be. He stated that it would be a good way to show he's a changed man by responsibly owning a dog. Let him have one, hell he's got two kids. There are far more things in this world that are more important to be worried about, such as Israel continuing to piss off Palestine, or people suffering in Darfur (Sudan, Africa) than whether or not Michael Vick wants a dog or not. Next comes the debate over the name of the dog I am sure..

CalvfieLeaks
Hello Everyone! Glad you've come back to endulge in some more educational readings provided by your hero, Calvin James. Today, I will be blabbering about WikiLeaks editor-in-chief, Julian Assange. This interesting character has recently been headlining our news more than, okay almost more than, Brett Favre. I was posed a question by one of my best friends last night. Lets call him Lars Oliver Riccardo. Well L.O.R. asked me whether I thought this gentleman should be arrested for everything that happened. Lets break everything down quickly. Everything= 1. sexual assualts in Sweden, 2. Wikileaks of U.S. information, 3. Not being able to pull off the vampire look, but continuing to look that way. First off, he should be arrested and charged if he is actually guilty of those Swedish assuaults, thats pretty simple. Ill skip number two, the actual material, and go to number three, he should be arrested by one of those weird TLC shows and cleaned up a bit, and please PLEASE introduce him to the sun. Okay, now on to number two. This situation is extremely difficult, because of the legality of the issue. There have been many different nations (states? DVD) that have been affected by the actions of WikiLeaks. There are so many that make prosecuting anyone difficult. Of course the soldier who got the information will be punished, because it can be considered treason. Assange just recieved information in which he then gave out. The newspapers who printed the material. Its a long process that is full of many perpetrators. It can't be put on just one individual. The leaks are going to get worse, we need to prepare for it. That means a whole lot of "We are sorry cards" and maybe send out a huge amount of smidgens, they always help resolve situations. That is me as a rational global citizen. As an Amurican(notice the U, it adds emphasis, watch this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nGSN7JVg1yQ , itll explain it) I believe we should get that bastard and throw him in jail forever. Tisk tisk to him for throwing the United States under the bus. God Bless the U.S.A.

Die Wahrheit über Calvin James.
Hello People! Hope your day was as great as mine! Cold day though and would appreciate some flakes, snow flakes that is. So, I am sure you all know what this blog is about...no?..nothing?...googletranslators?...Okay, it's about me. Well, to be honest, they all are a little about me, but this one is more about me. "The truth about Calvin James" is the title for all of your Americans reading this (actually you are all Americans from the Northeast, but I like to pretend). Anyway, I am writing this blog because of something a cute little hipster girl (she denies it though) said to me last night after reading my blogs. Ill keep the names changed for her social safety. Hot Hipster Girl: "Wow, you really hate Reps!" ("Reps" being the cool way of saying Republicans, for those "Reps" who are not cool enough to know). And to that I responded, with a smile, a giggle, and a : "Nope, just political stagnation." With that conversation shared, I would like to take this time to explain that I do NOT hate Republicans. I love everyone! Well, for those of you who know me, there is a small group I dislike, but I do not hate anyone. I just dislike what is happening in Congress. I even like those Republicans, who are in local politics, who are hidden as Democrats just to gain their seat. I do not like stubborn politics with no result. There is so much that can be fixed right now, which should make legislation easy. Stop being so damn stubborn, all Congressman, Senators, and even you too Mr. President. So, I hope that explains and settles all of your (anyone) concerns. Have a great night and you stay classy San Diego!*

Thoughts of Mine...and Hopefully Many Others
Hello there world. Today I am writing you on the first Monday out of college. It has not hit me yet and I hope it doesn't. Another important thing about today is that it's the 13th of December, well thats not important but the 22nd birthday of a good friend, and the little sister of never had, Melissa Martucci. She was taken away from us all two years ago on June 20th, wreckless driver late at night hit her car, taking her and her cousin Marina. Today I want to remind you to hug those dear to you, tell them you love them. And to those you don't know make sure to say hello and ask how they are. It can change someones day, be that person. Okay, now that we've discussed one of the most important people in my life, lets get on to the most important thing in my life, bitching about politics. First off, before I complain, I would like to congratulate the Westboro Baptist Church for making it to the top of my most disgusted about list. There are many things that have made my list, Tom Marino's 11th Congressional Campaign, Sarah Palin's run as VP, the Eagles...and the Phillies...etc. You've gone beyond the irrationality level you previously set. You guys have established yourselves as the scum of the United States. Elizabeth Edwards has absolutly nothing to do with anything you pieces of garbage are against...No, let me correct myself. She has done nothing against you, yet her funeral has one thing you crave.....Media attention. You aren't a religious group, you are a bunch of losers who lack any attention and popularity. YOU LUNATICS ARE GARBAGE and should be ashamed in yourselves for using the bible to "rationalize" your actions. I will end my blog with these people, who put themselves at the bottom of the moral ladder. A fitting blog I shall say for myself. Ended with scum and started it with one of the best people that has ever walked this earth. Melissa Martucci, I love you like my little sister, I will miss you forever. We will all miss you forever. Keep us all strong.

Late Night Library Break
There are a few things in life that I will never understand. But that's besides the point. I just had the most awkward experience of my semester. Awkward experiences are never fun. So this whole tax situation we're going through right now is freaking great. We have a president who, (if I can quote a hardworking partial genious) "has no backbone". We have selfish Republicans who don't give a shit about common people, middle class and below, A.K.A. the people who vote them in. It's a shitshow. I for one am disappointed in the elected officials of this nation, but what else is new? Back to awkward situations. I can't explain it without giving details, but I can't give details because I'm not a total asshole, just kind of an asshole to be fair. Simple as this: mixed signals. Women are great at that, not even like date women, just women in general. I am frustrated right now over that, frustrated, great term to describe my feeling right now. Speaking of frustration. Besides the tax situation, how about Wikileaks? The world was flipped on its axis after it found out that the United States was doing backroom deals and secret talks about other nations. First off, this whole situation proves that everyone loves gossip. Even the old men who smoke cigars and drink scotch out of the bottle are enjoying this gossip. To reference the ugly kid with the hat again, I was talking to him about this and told him its like a diplomatic Perez Hilton. This week the United States is Lindsay Lohan. I just really hope we are present jail-time Lohan, post-rehab. Not like 2 years after the Parent Trap and it's all downhill for the next couple years. Anyway, finals week is winding down. So is my immune system and will to write more papers. RANDOM THOUGHT! It will happen throughout, so deal with it. Just heard a girl say outloud "Oh my God are you gonna friend him?!" To which the other girl replied: "I dont know maybe I should say hi to him first." Oh to be young again... Goodnight America, Wikileaks, Republicans (you should not be able to sleep, I'm sure your fat bank accounts cover any morals you have left, if any), and Lindsay Lohan!

Inside the Sleepless Mind
So, I had the pleasure of staying up all night last night in the library due in part to my procrastination skills and my professors unclear assignment questions. I guess vague is the proper term. Anyway, life is so much different when you haven't slept for more than an hour in two days. I feel like everything around me has the floating residue after it when it moves. Pretty interesting. Music sounds different too. New Topic. So I have been reading this guy named Andreas Molzer's blogs alot latly and when i say alot i mean every day, sometimes check twice a day to make sure i havent missed anything. Its scary how much i enjoy his posts. Hes an Austrian Memeber of the European Parliament. Thats interesting, you say? Well hes a far right radical! Even more interesting!! Its funny because in countries other than the United States to be a radical you dont need to denounce masturbation, shoot a deer on your new reality show, or even mix up the fact that North Korea isn't our ally. In other countries people have views that they stand by and thats what makes them who they are. Andreas is kind of a prick, and he knows it. He'll tell anyone, and I mean anyone what he thinks. He wrote about Gianfranco Finni, the President of Italy, no not the perverted one. Thats Berlusconi the Head of Government. Well Finni criticised Berlusconi because of his behavior and what did Molzer do?! Called him out on being too center and a fake. Its awesome. Tell someone the truth about themselves today. It may be good or bad. But do it, they may be mad for a few minutes but they'll appreciate the reality check someday. I do!
Introduction
Ever get that feeling that you want to change the world? Or do you happen to feel like one of those people who feel they are just a number here in the United States, North America, the World? Well everyone can make an impact, do not ever feel threatened by the lack of money or power you have, just speak out and do it today. Im starting this blog because there are things I want to say about the world and the people inhabiting it. I plan on complaining about things such as the economy, politics, education, women, Europe, the Middle East, Africa...etc. I've been reading many blogs from alot of different people latly and I decided to throw my hat in the world of educated internet complaining. Sometimes I randomly get thoughts in my head that are too embarassing to say out loud, so I will put them on here because people will judge me after reading about it. The fact that you put the time in to read it gives you the permission to judge and complain.
